Landlord Fees

Management Service Fee Packages

Standard Management Fee:

12% plus VAT. This means the total payable is 14.4% of the rent collected. (VAT is charged at the standard rate of 20% and applied to our commission only), not to the rent itself. There is minimum fee of £75.00 plus vat which £90 payable in total

Letting Only Service Fee:

Equivalent of one month’s rent (subject to a Minimum Fee of £1000 per Tenancy term).

Letting and Rent Collection Fee

(Items 1 to 12 below): 8.00% of rent due (subject to a Minimum Monthly Fee of £ 75.00).

Additional Charges:

Tenancy Set-Up Fee:

£495.00 – £594 including vat

Tenancy Deposit Service Fee:

£45.00 – £54 including vat per annum

Section 13 Notice to increase rent:

£75.00 – £90 including vat

Duplication and testing of extra keys:

£20.00 plus costs vat = £24

Admin. of NRL tax returns:

£125.00 per annum

Energy Performance Certificate Arrangement:

£25.00 including vat = £30

Hourly rate for other work:

£25.00 per hour – including vat £30.00 per hour

Obtaining estimates and supervision of major works:

10% of cost of work over £500.00
