Kit Ram Residential is owned by Kit Ram, who has been in property management and letting for more than 24 years. He started his first Lettings company 22 years ago. This company became one of Bedford’s fastest growing, most popular and biggest lettings agencies. Kit Ram helped several first-time landlords who went on to become portfolio landlords.

In 2011 after a health scare, Kit decided to live a little and start a family and reluctantly sold the Company.

Due to overwhelming demand, Kit Ram Residential was set up, specifically to deal with the letting needs of previous landlords who were struggling to find the service level they were used to. Seasoned Landlords who knew exactly what they wanted. Trust, honesty and experience with meticulous working procedures, sprinkled with a personal 5-star service, giving them total and utter peace of mind.

Whilst we have now relaunched and are looking for new landlords, we are very fussy about the properties and landlords we work with.

With over 110 pieces of Lettings legislation and more in the pipeline, letting has become a very complex procedure, therefore letting is all we do, it takes time and dedication to get it spot on!

We are not a chain or a franchise, so we do it all ourselves, accounts are dealt with here. Meaning you can pick up a phone with any query and have it dealt with and get the answer. Kit is always here, so the change of staff will not affect any part of your service. We are available pretty much 24/7.

We have a maintenance team of local trusted traders, who can deal with and look after any maintenance problem 24 hours, 7 days of the week.
