Some tenants worry about their Deposits. It is a legal requirement that all deposits are protected by one of three Schemes. Be aware of agents and private Landlords who still don't do this.

We register our deposits with The TDS (Tenancy Deposit Scheme) www.tenancydepositscheme.com

All our client money is protected, and we are regulated by NALS (National Approved Letting Scheme)

We are also members of Safe Agent.
