Their advice has always been reliable. They are also very responsive to legitimate concerns raised by tenants ensuring that any issues they may have are promptly dealt with. Repairs are carried out promptly, in consultation with me, and by quality contractors who charge fair prices. I have always been satisfied with the quality of tenants that they have introduced for my properties. After more than 30yrs letting property, this is the best managing agent I have had.
